四、Standard Usage Method


Step 1: Placement and Inspection

Check the power cord, fan, temperature control system and other components for integrity, and confirm the inner chamber is clean and free of debris.

Step 2: Loading Samples

Place samples to be dried on stainless steel trays or racks, arranging them properly without overstacking to maintain smooth air circulation. Select an appropriately sized model based on sample volume and quantity, then close and lock the oven door securely.

Step 3: Parameter Setting

Connect the power supply and turn on the main switch. Use the control panel to set target temperature, holding time and operating mode. For multi-segment programs, set each stage’s temperature and duration step by step. Confirm all parameters and start the operation.

Step 4: Operation and Monitoring

During operation, monitor real-time temperature, time and status via the display. If abnormal temperature, unusual noise or other malfunctions occur, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Minimize opening the door during drying to prevent heat loss and maintain stable performance.

Step 5: Shutdown and Sample Removal
